  Room was not getting cleaned well. We stayed there 18 nights. Room was just lightly cleaned. Had to call in and ask for better cleaning. But still same level of superficial cleaning was done

  The staff. The doormen were wonderful. The staff at the reception were unbelievably rude. One lady in particular. They had some glitch in their system and overcharged my card by 1600$ and I will only be getting that money back after my trip. I am from Africa. • Not really worth the cost to stay, and nothing really special about it. The location was good.

  The lobby was very nicely decordated and designed. The bed was quite comftorable. I'd say the view of from our room was not bad at all. The check-in was seamless.

  The shower door did not align and therefore would not close properly. The room's decore and amenaties were quite barebones. The water presssure in the shower was pretty awful.
