• Great Location to explore Lower Manhattan

  The location is great! The free water was amazing. Very quiet. We liked the rooftop bar also. Good lighting and not a bad size for NYC. Close to multiple subway lines and some great bars.

  The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were sooo flat and terrible.

  The room was lovely. Slightly larger than the standard NYC room. 2 queen-sized beds, really nice beds and good quality linens. The shower was FANTASTIC with both rain and hand-held options. Super-fab. Oh, and there's a bar on the 20th floor so you can grab a glass of wine to take to your room. THANKS!!

  The most comfortable bed and it was spotlessly clean! All the toiletries were great quality (I never use toiletries, but on this occasion it did ) Coffee and water replenished daily and housekeeping.

  Water and coffee in the room. Proximity of WTC and Brooklyn Bridge. Nice staff. Clean, fresh, nice smelling rooms. The windows were openable (partly) so we could air the room. Air-conditioning. Comfortable beds. Good lighting in the room. Endless places to eat in the area.
