Lifts were busy and took quite a while to arrive and for us to get to floor 38. Room was fairly small but thats to be expected , maybe a few more hanging hooks.

The room was quite small. I did not receive the double bed I requested at the time of booking . They were overbooked. The bathroom was partially clean. The front desk staff tried their best to make up for these mistakes, but I think it was still frustrating especially that I booked well in advance.

Great location hotel with a bonus roof top bar
8.0Obviously in a great location close to Times Square. The hotel has a really cool bar situated on a high number floor that escapes me but the views from there to enjoy a drink with are fantastic. Lovely room. Not massive but NYC hotel rooms aren't big anyway.
When we booked it said breakfast included. Shortly before we arrived i received an email from the hotel saying it was breakfast for only 2 out of 4 people who were in my family.
