Hotel staff were not real helpful and some were rude tbh Charge rate for storage of small luggage was ridiculous Hallways have smelled of wet carpet and the was damaged sections of wall throughout Cleanliness of room could be better

8.0Location, location , location!! Close to shows, food, China town and metro station
Family of 4 in one room is a little tight with no privacy. Bathroom/shower wall is just a piece of frosted glass. Was put in a room with broken air conditioner first night. Got in at 1am, too tired to complain. Got a room change the next day. Only disappointed was that they knew ahead of time that it wasn’t working

8.0Location is perfect, lots of restaurants, shopping and transportation nearby. The room was spacious for 8 ppl. We could have a stroller and 4 luggages inside. the beds were comfy and lots of outlets for changing.
Cleaning has changed from every day to every 4th day, which we think could be every 3rd day instead. We had to ask for new towels on the 2nd day, since we have kids with us who got the towels dirty real quick and the shower has no door, so the water was all over the floor. The staff was not happy to give us new towels,…

The rooms are kinda small but it didn't bother me that much i knew it before booking but the AC by the end of the stay got a bit hot
