The position was great for access to Paddington station. Groovy hotel , loved the setup, having kitchenette, etc, but the concept is not for us given the price.
Having to pay to have your room cleaned was the big one if you stay less than four nights.

Very clean and tidy, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and good facilities for longer stays. Very well priced for this kind of accommodation in a really good location

Great location. Nice soundproof, absolutely zero outside noise. Nicely equipped kitchen
However, the a/c is very noisy, and since the windows can't be opened, you have to use it all the night. The beds are not particularly comfortable. Worst of all their outside sign glares at night at the windows at 5th and 4 floor.
