    The location is perfect for central London

    The bed was like sleeping on concrete. It was a compact room as you would expect for this type of of hotel, but the bathroom door was broken, was really heavy and difficult to slide, my daughter got trapped in the bathroom as it came off its runners.   • Zero fresh air vented into the room and was unbearable

    Had there have been oxygen in the room it would have been fantastic!

    Literally the worst night I've spent in a hotel. The aircon blew warm air when set to 19 degrees, and there was no fresh air whatsoever being vented into the room (and no window). It was utterly unbearable, and incredibly unhealthy.
