i was staying in the room underground and there was unpleasant smell, from sewage i would say, that was the only minus also i’d appreciate a clearer instruction on AC i couldn’t get it to turn off, or it was randomly turning back on

Very Bad Night's Sleep and Poor Customer Service
1.0The room was a decent size and comfortable, but this was detracted from by the significant noise from the underground along with vibration until 1am and resuming at 5.30am.

• the location - good access to transport and not far from decent bars, restaurants and coffee shops (although that's pretty universal across London) • it was clean, functional and reasonable value for money.
• the elevator was down, and I'm lazy and travel with a big bag. • the size of the room - it's probably the smallest legal square footage they can get away with before it's classified as a cupboard.
