    The only thing going for this hotel was the location. The room was so cramped that it was almost impossible to open a ‘clam’ type suitcase that left any room to walk about without there being a tripping hazard.

    The room needed a thorough clean. The shower recess was grimy, the glass streaked and the previous person’s hair was in the bathroom. It needed to be cleaned between the bits of furniture too.

    The location is really nice. Near the shops, chinatown and underground stations. The staffs were also friendly.

    On our first day, we told the staff that the AC was not working. They just gave us a fan which didn't helped that much. It was around 18-22 degrees in london and imagine being in a room with no windows (we expected this) and only small fan, it can be suffocating. Didn't have a good sleep after a tiring day in london.
