    Room was incredibly small but had everything we needed for a few nights in London - most importantly, it was comfortable.

    Complimentary wine and cheese was a lovely surprise.

    Good location and easy to find. Very efficient check in and the room (below ground and without windows) was small but nicely equipped. Shower room was good and included body wash and shampoo. Good value for money and will stay again.

    Breakfast was poor and very over-priced. Even pre-paying the night before to secure a discount, it was still poor value for money.

    We didn't like the bathroom being in frosted glass, a walled off bathroom would have felt more private.
