    Nice and modern furniture. Location is very good, close to Hyde park, subway stations and Paddington station.

    The rooms could use maintenance. Damaged walls, bathroom had broken tiles and showed clear signs of leakage, the silicone sealant around the shower enclosure is worn and shows signs of mold. We had a leakage in the shower from the room above, which was taken care of nicely.

    Beautiful comfortable hotel in an amazing location. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us to navigate around London. Christiano was especially friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
