8.0The view was amazing!!! And reasonably accessible to train station and buses.
Our room, while we’d booked a room with a view and it was fabulous, was very tired, I believe they are upgrading floor by floor, but on booking it, going by the pictures, we certainly did not get a modern room. Money wise that is a bit sad, especially when I’d booked it as the “superior” hotel to end our 4 weeks of UK…

9.0The view of the Tower Bridge was exceptional. Rooms were very clean, but dated. The food was good. The Concierge service was outstanding!

Great location and a fair price for the area, but the room itself was disappointing. The furniture felt old and dated, the bathroom taps looked worn out, the shower hose was broken, and the bathtub — though clean — was chipped and clearly past its prime.

Bathroom was a bit mouldy and no sop in the bathroom dispenser No tea in the room Breakfast ended a bit early which we wasn't allowed due to arriving 5 mins before it finished
