    The location is wonderful - a quiet residential street yet walking distance from restaurants and underground stations. Also a good value for the money paid. Breakfast room staff was also very helpful when we needed to arrange for a to go breakfast due to an early tour time.

    The room was small - but we know that is typical for London.

    Been before, reliable and what you would hope for in a stay which is no drama’s. Staff are very good and I believe that they really go the mile to facilitate (so that is as good as the management).

    Nothing that I can think of, but then again I am not a demanding customer.

    The property was clean and well located. Staff were helpful and friendly.

    The room was small with little storage area. It was only suitable for sleeping. There was no facility for an evening meal and no lounge area where one could sit and relax. The breakfast was nice but very basic.
