• It was ok, nothing special, it was a birthday weekend and I’m afraid the hotel wasn’t up to much and definitely wouldn’t

  Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, didn’t return my earrings that were on the sink.

  Room was advertised as a deluxe room, it was small, breakfast wasn’t extensive to cater for gluten free. The towels or bed weren’t changed for our second night and the tea and coffee wasn’t replaced.

  Nice location, 10-15 min walk from Victoria Underground Station. Modern decor, spacious triple room. Staff friendly.

  Cleanliness could be better in the room, dusty in places. Could do with more hangers for clothes storage. No lift in hotel but wasn’t an issue for us with a backpack.

  Clean room, nice location

  Room very small. Room LG 1, right next to the kitchen dining area and was so loud it felt like we were sleeping in the kitchen.

• Lovely exceptionally clean & well equipped hotel bedroom in great location close to Victoria Station.

  Very nice hotel in quiet location yet close to Victoria Stn & within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Staff friendly welcoming & very accommodating, room v quiet, v comfortable bed, v well equipped. Will definitely book again next time in London.

  No lift which may be an issue for some people with limited mobility or agility.
