    The room was not clean at all, and some of the furniture was broken. The tables and other surfaces were also covered in dust. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and one staff member even yelled at me for no apparent reason. The room service was terrible. We often had to wait at least an hour to receive…

    Missing personal items after house keeping. negligence to all residents calls. Impolite and skeptical staff when describing the missing-item issue by them. Unexperienced and unorganized staff. Extremely noisy sounds from the ceiling.
