    The property was well presented and all The staff members were courteous-I checked in with Savi She was welcoming polite and answered all my questions with ease and confidence - She recognised that I was a returning client and treated me very well and ensured that my stay was 100% perfection

    I had no dislikes with the property and I have passed on the details to my friends and family

    The staff were great and friendly, the locations was amazing very close to Oxford street.

    Only downside, there is no gym facility at the hotel.

    Excellent location, quiet street, but very close to the busy Oxford street, and underground station(s). Bed was comfortable, room size is sufficient for a sightseeing trip. Buffet breakfast was good start for the day. Staff was kind and efficient.

    This hotel is brilliantly located for shopping and has some amazing eateries around it. The bar is lovely too serving some excellent cocktails. The concierge was also super helpful

  • Pretty perfect place. Staff are exceptional

    Good location, the staff were exceptional very accommodating and friendly. Very comfortable rooms. Everything you could possibly need is provided.

    My only minor gripe would be that there was a clump of hair on the floor next to the bed suggesting maybe not quite hoovered everywhere. Tate for the night was also very steep
