Great location and front desk staff but the housekeeping was applauding.
7.0Great location and very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Just a short walk from Paddington Station and only a minute from Hyde Park. The early check in was a bonus.
House keeping was awful…changing the towels and making the bed was all that was done. There was hair in the shower, mould around the fan and stains on the chairs. House keeping also just barged in early in the mornings. Even tea and coffee had to be asked for at the front desk.

Put out on the streets after midnight for using a vape.

The night manager made me leave after midnight as I had vaped in the room. I'm not sure how he knew I had, so am concerned there may be cameras in the room. We were only staying one night so we were able to tolerate the negatives, but we would not want to stay again
6.0The location was really good, the staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable.
We didn’t like a green light in the middle of the ceiling above our bed, which had a piece of paper selotaped over it, but this did not stop the green glow lighting up our room while we tried to sleep.
