    Our twin room was pretty long & even had a 3rd bed. The hotel is dated but was very clean and dead opposite Hyde park & Kensington Gardens 😊

    Just think the TV’s volumes looking at as the room next doors tv was very loud and we could even hear other tv ‘s walking along to the lift. Apart from that all good

    The location is as good as ever, the breakfast well stocked and the rooms were always clean and warm.

    Bathroom had a dripping tap which needed looking at.

    The location is amazing. We were able to walk across to Kensington Gardens and also enter Paddington for meals. Such a beautiful area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    It is older hotel bathroom pretty original but still quaint.

    Great location to bus, underground train, lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Access to parks and some major attractions.

    The first room we had- 318 was only fit for children, 3 single beds- we had a party of 1 couple and 1 single person. The carpet had come unglued from the floor surface so was very wrinkled and a real trip hazard. There was no room for us to move around in the room, and no where to put 3 suitcases.
