    The location was perfect, an easy walk to Kings Cross. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was quite accommodating.

    A room was a bit small and the price was a bit high, but overall, everything was fine

    Small rooms and bathroom. Number of steps to rooms and in rooms - see photo of steps in room. Shower in room. Noisy rooms. Bar tired. Beds uncomfortable. Didn’t get reserved rooms.

    Great location

    We were giving a very small room to accommodate 2 x adults and 2 x children . Could not walk in the room, very cramped. I had paid for a king sized room which I had stayed in before and it was very spacious hence why I re booked the hotel but on this stay we were put in a room that was not appropriate for a family of 4…
