Great location and perfect for a short stay.

Had a king room and would have liked a little more space to put bags up off floors to open and close them.

Overall we were happy with our stay with the staff being the standout attraction.
7.0Location was a good fit to visit the attractions close by that we wanted to see. Staff were universally warm and welcoming and endlessly helpful. Breakfasts and dinners had lots of choices and of good quality.
Probably a drawback to many London hotels with lots of traffic noise quite intrusive. The room was not overgenerous in size, it had all the functionality we expected but the fabric and fittings were a little tired looking and a bit distressed in places.

A quick stay in a convenient hotel.

The triple room was too small for three person, and the two small fans are not enough for three people inside the room. It gets hot in the middle of the night.

2.0the location was pretty good, breakfast was ok
We stayed here for a total of 9 days the rooms were so stifling hot we couldn't sleep, the staff was uncooperative and sullen. it was dirty everywhere.

A lovely well located hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff and close to many of London’s attractions

The rooms vary in size and decor (have been updating rooms) but have always been clean and equipped with tea & coffee, hairdryer etc. The staff have always been approachable, friendly and polite.
