The bed was very small but comfortable. The location is great.
The breakfast was chaos and you have to wait for a long time for a table. It was noisy and food was not that great. Juice was served in cheap plastic cups. Carpets in the hallway are very rough, the whole place needs a refurbish.

Perfect Location in London to use as a base.
8.0Location was perfect to everything we needed & to use as a base well in London. Room was good & small but great for one nights stay. Close to Hyde Park.
Cleanliness of the bedding was not great blood stains on the pillow cover & dirty bedding on the other bed. Tried to report but to busy when we checked in. Reported when we were leaving.
