    Tiny musty rooms, bought upgrade to room with 2 beds but still got sofa bed…obviously a trick to extract more cash…was told rooms boy available but no refund coming!

    Location was good.

    Elevators were a nightmare. Staff unfriendly, literally nickeled and dimed for every little thing.

    I didn’t like it

    Room was tatty , no kettle for tea or coffee. Only one pillow each . No hairdryer. No flannels . Bath didn’t drain . Toilet not very clean. Terrible for the money !
