No free water for drinking. Breakfast was cold, no meat, below average. Carpeting was dirty.

Great value for money
10.0Front desk was kind, friendly, helpful. Check-in and check-out were fast. Room is small but was clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. Got a complimentary breakfast. Location is excellent. Much better service than at some five-star hotels!

Pleasent weekend stay
9.0Perfect location, and good sleep. Neighbourhoood wasn't noisy through the night. Staff were polite.
Could have the bathroom towels to be lower as they were too high for people who are shorter than 5ft 6. Could have wider selection for breakfast foods.

Location was great next yo bus stop and between Victoria and Pimlico Stations. Staff were nice. Many thanks to Rodrigo, Ankit and the Lady working in the morning.
The only downside is that rooms are bit small and the bed was queen size. You can adjust with that with little bit of time…
