First night i was in a room which had a filthy toilet and bathroom...urine on the floor in toilet. Stayed with messy people. Second night was moved to a better room with neat and tidy people...pleasant experience

Didn't stay, I left and lost my money because they have no answer for bikers

Its a hostel with no bike storage for bikepackers. Do not stay here if you are biking. I stayed at 10 hostels on my trip and this is the only one who has no answer for those with a bike and not interested in trying to figure it out. Kinda dumb since london is a big biking city...most hostels cater to bikers with dedica…

It was uncomfortable, and dissatisfying, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
2.0I liked nothing at all.
They have a very bad Customer Service Team and the Cleaners don’t clean the toilets and they don’t do jobs as they should do. Resulting in a very dirty, flooded and smelly toilet.

Regarding staff even I I have booking I reach late like 6 but they didn't allow me to enter and say you r late come to next day the whole night I will stay and other hotel even I have valid booking in hostel.
