Great hotel will definitely stay here again

Pleasent enough but not suitable for families.
5.0The property front was clean and welcoming, and the hotel as a whole was generally clean and the lobby/bar was a lovely area to hang out.
The room we had (2 queen 2 twin (upstairs)) was quite tight to move around in and was extremely warm most of the day, we had on 2 rotating AC fans that didn’t really do much and could only open the balcony door slightly due to undetectable safety chain. The bathroom was also very small and the shower itself was hard to…

Close to Paddington train and tube station. Reasonable price for London.
Room was very small and the bed was uncomfortable. Windows were not properly sealed, so it was cold even when window was closed. There is only one power outlet,which was barely accessible behind the table.

Great Location - Disappointing Room
5.0Location was fantastic! Very close to Paddington Station which was well equipped with a Mark's & Spencer's food store, to grab 'on the go' breakfast & snacks.
No extractor fan in bathroom. No air con unit. TV reception nil. Wifi kept dropping out on the 4th floor where we were staying.
