    Excellent location! Very close to the subway. Staff was really great, there were lots os elevators and they were very spacious, so you never have to wait too much to go up or down. Breakfast is really good, but everyday they serve the same meal, so if you stay more than 1 or 2 days, it can get a little bit boring.

    The rooms and corridors are really dark, it was awful to do the makeup, for example.

    The room was adequate

    We booked two rooms, and when we arrive, they had changed the booking to more expensive rooms and we had to pay the difference. We didn't ask for this, but they said that the rooms that we had booked and prepaid for were now unavailable. How on earth is that the case?
