1. The property prioritizes their club members more than other clients. 2. Very racist. They go out of their way to entertain white clients and will have conversations, ask about their day etc etc etc but a black person gets treated very differently. You don’t exist. 3. Decent value for money.
7.0Location is not the best you can get in Zone 1 but it’s above average with bus stops and a train station a walking distance away. The staff was friendly enough and the amenities were decent.
It’s probably just on the wrong side of the river in my experience. Our room was not serviced for two days in a row and we were given reasons like we selected the eco program although we didn’t although the staff were helpful enough to provide fresh towels and anything else we required.
