comfortable room and bed, Kitchenette a bonus, great location and friendly staff.
9.0The location is great for Waterloo Station and the Lower Marsh has great bars and resturants and vibe. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size for a couple with luggage.
Our room was missing a few things like bath mat, hand towels, no hand soap in the dispensers, no dish liquid or tea towels. However, when we asked for these they were provided.
