  The property is in a very good location, the staff is excellent, and everything is clean. The breakfast is decent. The only downside is that the rooms are very small and narrow.

  I had some parcels delivered to the hotel and the staff went well above and beyond to ensure I got them safely. Really great care shown. Exceptional breakfast too.

  I was shown through an interlink door between a couple of parts of the building (which included a few steps with a heavy suitcase). But there is an easier route by heading back into the street and going in the entrance down the road from reception. Only one step that way and much easier. Minor thing.

  Good location, just a 300 m walk from Paddington Station.

  Room was tiny. Bathroom did not match the on line photos. It was sort of cruise like maybe even smaller. Window was small and room was dark although we were on the 5 th floor. Front desk wasn’t helpful when I asked if there were any other rooms available in order to upgrade. Fire alarm went off in the morning. One ele…
