All the staff are so nice and welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic and excellent value for money. I like that the reception is staffed 24 hrs .
I think the food would be kept hotter if there was a plastic cover available, as if you want toast you have to sort that after you have got your cooked breakfast.

Great location and super breakfast
8.0Great location. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Luggage storage was useful. Easy to find.
Would have liked a basin in the room. Having to get drinking water from the kitchen a long way from the room, which was ok, but not v.convenient. Room doors could do with a fresh coat of paint.

It was basic and nothing like the photos on the website
5.0Good location
This was a hall of residence and not a hotel. Very dissatisfied and badly advertised.

If you’re down for a night and can put up with a lumpy bed then I’d recommend - in fact I’m happy to be going back again
7.0Location is very central - on the south side of the Tate Modern. The best breakfast I’ve had in London - what a selection.
Its student digs so wasn’t surprised by the lumpy mattress and solitary pillow. Grateful I wasn’t there during the heatwaves as the windows don’t open particularly wide.
