    Reception couldn't even offer a spare pillow. The coffee machine wasn't working and the breakfast wasn't great, stale cereal and milk was room temperature longlife

    Our room was in another building than the main hotel. So we had to walk for the breakfast along lovely street about 200 meters. That was no problem. The room was basic and ok. Location is excellent. Two underground stations (Bayswater, Queensway) within 500 meters. Many pubs (Phoenix, King's Head, Bayswater Arms...)…

    Well, the pillow could have been softer. And the bed a little bit more comfortable. But when you travel all over London for 10-12 hours/day for many days you are so tired that they were ok.

    Checked in, was told they couldn’t give me a key because of a Microsoft issue last week, then walked me down to a different building a block away and said I could WhatsApp them if I needed to be let back into my room.     The.hotel was clean, the reception is 7/24 and very kind. I haven't seen so large, thick and soft towels before. Water filling on the ground floor.

    Continental breakfast generally is not 2 triangles of toast, one small butter, two small boxes of jam and nescafe, onky here. Don't count on the 'free' breakfast.
