Great location, but overpriced, with rather dilapidated décor

The rooms look as though they haven’t been updated in years, possibly dating back to when the hotel was the Grange. The ceiling in my room was peeling, and the bathroom was very dated. Given the price, I would expect the rooms to have been properly maintained, updated, and repaired.

Room was fine, absolutely not worth £1200 for 2 nights, I don’t know who they got away with such extreme dynamic pricing
