    The hotel staff are so friendly. The hotel itself is so clean and the rooms are very well equipped! Everything you need is there. A lovely breakfast and the breakfast staff were lovely. Nice friendly faces to greet you in the morning. Great location. 2 mins walk from Bayswater tube station.

    Have stayed here before and accommodation is in a great location and a good standard.

    Breakfast was poor - limited selection at the time we ate and cooked breakfast had been out for some time so rubbery eggs and bacon that was not appealing etc. not enough staff to keep on top of demand so had to ask for cutlery to be put out. overall disappointing would eat at the selection of cafes on Queensway if w…

    Great location near metro lines, very helpful staff, the room was very clean.

    Too expensive, but then everything in London is. I dont like fitted carpets but other than that everything was clean.
