Some of the staff were excellent and some were poor in particular at the rooftop bar. Also no iron in the room but a steamer instead. 10.0Everything was perfect. The location is amazing, the hotel has a beautiful and stylish design, and the rooftop has an incredible atmosphere and views of London. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay.

Easy access and good location, rooms have no privacy for bathroom facilities
7.0Modern and clean and location. Nice Rooftop bar and easy to find. Reception a bit odd but someone did come out to help.
Lack of privacy with bathroom facilities with opaque glass to the toilet and shower, very close to the bed and the toilet door didn't even shut properly. Bedside lights didn't work.
