Cramped room but great location

Would book again due to convenience, however, the price is not reflected in the room quality.
8.0Fantastic staff, service and conference rooms. Food very good quality. Location excellent and extremely easy to find from the tube. Breakfast good and additional food throughout the day at breaks excellent.
Had trouble with the conferencing which was an issue every morning that had to be resolved, however, the staff were very supportive. Room whilst clean and tidy did not match up to the rest of the hotel and the room, especially the bathroom felt tired and old. Felt pricey considering the above.

Conveniently located hotel with good facilities and very good food.
8.0The location was very good and not too far from Euston station. Room Service was excellent and I had a delicious meal before I went to the theatre. I had a good nights sleep, the bed was a bit firm but comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was very good and varied.
I didn’t like the room that I was allocated initially, it was just too far from the lifts for me and too much walking. I was pleased that Reception eventually found a room for me of the same standard but opposite the lifts. I was very disappointing that the bar did not serve coffee late at night.
