Ideal location close to Waterloo Station.
8.0Stayed the previous weekend, spot on location for myself.
The only fault was the mattress it had a dip in it, ( bed nearest the bathroom wall) Although I slept, well, owing to attending a concert and a days travel, and it being 1 night. I didn't get given the chance to say anything on checkout.

Staff was very accommodating about arranging our hop on hop off tour and about helping us with our electrical conversion issues. The staff also greatly assisted us with luggage storage.

Check in is tricky prior to arrival as UK citizens are prompted to download either their passport or drivers license which is completely unnecessary
