The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room quite large. Comfortable and large bathroom. Fresh warm breakfast. Nice hotel restaurant at night. Good location for London ExCel events. Just 5 min. walk from ExCel.
The price on Booking.com was overpriced. I canceled it for 467EUR and bokked from another site. Pillows were very hard and stiff. I asked for a fluffy one, and stuff brought me another hard one:) Quite far from the city center. Some 50 min. by public transport.

Lovely staff so helpful on our visit
