  The hotel is well-located, though visitors should note that it is in a bit of a gap in the public transport infrastructure.

  It's fine but for the price, the specification is poor: at this price, for example, you'd expect teapots rather than teabags dunked in hot water for breakfast; you'd expect a more up-to-date breakfast offer. It feels fine, but a bit dated - a very 1980s feel to it.

  Lovely hotel, about 15 mins walk from tube. Friendly staff. They gave us extra fans in our room and allowed a late check out. Check out the pub across the road - food is outstanding

• Convenient Hotel with easy transitions to train stations

  This is basic modern hotel, big, long corridors, clean and comfortable room. Biggest advantage is its location - you will be close to all train stations, subway and other central London locations.

  Clean not far from King’s Cross station which was needed

  Breakfast was poor wouldn’t make poached eggs as kitchen was closed have stayed at much cheaper hotels more willing to help. Then no scrambled egg despite lots of people asking

  Great selection for breakfast. Hotel staff friendly. Hotel was nice and clean.

  Little far from the Theatre and Train Station so we had to use taxis to travel.
