  I got a complimentary upgrade, so the view was wonderful. Also the size of the room was good, plant of unfussy space.

  Nothing in particular. The (empty) fridge buzzed all night and there was no teaspoon. But that’s all.

  Rooms tired furniture outdated. Noisy with extraction just outside. Waited and queued 10 minutes for coffeee at breakfast only 2 machines working TV didn’t work no connection

  Bar closed at 22.30 with limited public seating area to finish drinks. Most areas, apart from the foyer, in need of updating. Toilet in room was faulty on arrival but fixed fairly quickly.   Great check in, good upsell by Rida

  As 4 star hotel would expect to have tea served in a cup/mug not a takeout cup having been asked if we were drinking in. Also pieces of cake should be on a plate not served in an envelope. In the cafe off the lobby/reception area.

  Gem in London it’s pretty average really but it’s cheap, locations is super and breakfast is perfect. For the price it’s super but it’s not luxurious by any means. I love it stay here on my own often. Rooms are clean near. Always comfy and air conditioned and or heated. Staff are patient and organised on the whole.
