10.0It is conveniently located, with a supermarket near the nearest station. It is also close to Heathrow Airport. The staff are friendly and very kind; they promptly assist with any questions or uncertainties. The room was clean, so I would like to stay here again.

Great location and value. Bed not comfortable.

There was mould in the bathroom. The toilet flush was loose on the wall. The bed was the most uncomfortable.
