very good hotel , first time there , will definitely be back
9.0the room was excellent , probably the nicest I have stayed in out of all hotel stays I have had , very surprised to have a shower AND a bath . Shower was very powerful and bath also very good . Spacious room , large bed which was very comfortable. breakfast was good with a lot of selections.
the only negative would be the parking fees which are pricey at £22 per 24 hours which I didn't use due to that , as I stayed at the weekend, the parking around the side-streets were free , if you could find a space

A great hotel in a very convenient location.
9.0Very convenient if coming in to west London. Tube station very close. Great staff. Easy check-in online. Lovely, spacious room with everything I would expect. Parking very good and a good rate through the hotel.

Parking was very expensive - for guests staying overnight - it should be free or nominal charge!

A Chinese man on very noisy calls to China, at awkward hours kept distributing me. I had to knock on the wall / connecting door to ask him to calm down!
