10.0Our stay was excellent the staff were very friendly and the hotel located brilliant , we had a grand child in Great Ormond Street hospital so we could walk to the hospital from the Hotel very central we will stay again when things will settle down.

Nothing. Only thing missing was a fridge in the room. But it had a kettle and an ironing board and fan.

Ok, but could have been better
6.0Room was clean and functional, good shower
Check in didn't work, couldn't find the booking so had to go to the main desk. Room was noisy and whilst appreciate next to a road, some better windows/acoustics would have been better. No aircon or even a fan made the room warm.
