    Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel good location and close to underground station.

    Arrived in room to an empty shampoo bottle lying on the floor. Cleaner had been twice during our stay and it remained there and cleaner also took all of our towels and toilet roll and did not replace. Every-time we got a shower the whole bathroom would flood into the room even with the shower door closed.

    This was a great hotel. Yes it was having renovations but it really didn't hinder our stay. The staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was fab. Location was perfect.

    Excellent Location, very clean and helpful staff. Lovely room and facilities.

    The lift situation was abysmal. Only one lift was working and it was always full of people. Upon arrival and departure we took around 40 mins each time just to be able to use the lift just to deliver the luggage only, as we ended up using the stairs.

    The room was amazing, loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Had windowless room, which had a light controller for the glass mural.
