  Front desk staff were not very friendly! Felt like I was bothering them. Didn't feel welcomed. Bed was very hard and pillows are awful, but pretty standard for European hotels. Scrambled eggs were horrible!!

  location

  I got room with a heater in bathroom which could not be turned off. In addition noisy pipe or installation from a room above are close to ceeling of my room. This create crazy noise all night long. I called service they told me tomorrow we can swich room, but i just slept one night, it is enough. Will never come back.

  The staff were brilliant, especially Aran. She gave us the best welcome ever, gave us good recommendations for food. If I was to return, it would purely be due to Aran and her fantastic interpersonal skills.

  The room was extremely hot, especially the bathroom. The AC wasn't working.
