4.0The room is small with two single beds. Reasonably clean. No stir stick/spoon for coffee. Common areas are messy and dirty. There is no lift. Not easy carrying suitcases to the 4th floor. Location is good

Tiny room, a bit grubby around the edges but clean enough. Very thin towels, Communal areas (walk from reception to room) appear to be under renovation so not pleasant. Noisy stairs outside room, carpet would help.

Love London - Really don’t love that hotel
1.0The Location and Price are the only Positives.
Everything else! Do not book if you can’t carry your suitcases up many stairs. After booking we looked more at the reviews and seen how bad it was so we tried to cancel 3 months in advance and they refused. When we arrived we were informed our room was on the fifth floor and that the elevator was out of service. luck…
