    I really liked this establishment. The location was excellent and the staff I met were lovely. The room was comfortable and well equipped.

    My only gripe was there was often a random and very loud knocking noise. Im not sure what it was but may a drainage issue when someone flushed the toilet? I did mention it to reception but as I was checking out I don't think they took it too seriously.

    Great location, easy reach of Paddington and Bayswater tube station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was large, just a shame it was well in need of some TLC!!

    The duvet cover had split at the seams so it had two large holes in. The towels were stained and fraying. Not the quality I’d have expected for 4 star hotel and certainly not whilst staying in their ‘signature suite’. There was no hand soap provided so we had to request it.     Was exactly what I thought I’d booked - nice clean space and quiet

    It could have been clearer that it wasn’t possible to book in after 9 on booking.com however made very clear after booking so not a problem. Same with needing an actual card and id to check in - made very clear in the communications once booked but might be some people book at short notice and can’t sort. My advice is…
